Swapnil Mahajan

Managing Partner

Swapnil has about 20 years of experience in the field of investment banking and consulting. Prior to Trinity, Swapnil has worked with UBS Investment Bank, Karvy IB, Worbus Consulting and HU Consultancy. He has advised clients across various sectors including Infrastructure, Power & utilities, Healthcare, Retail and Auto ancillary. He has successfully helped corporates to acquire and divest businesses, arranged funds for over dozen companies. As of today, his involvement in such various transactions nears about USD 500 mn of capital exchange in total. He has led initiatives such as educating MSMEs for SME IPOs, volunteered advisory for companies registered under Magnetic Maharashtra. He is also a regular participants on DD Sahyadri for talk shows related to union budget & financial policies. Swapnil holds MBA degree from Pune University specializing in Finance

Shailesh Pethe

Shailesh is an entrepreneur at heart, has successfully worked in different faculties including investment banking, advertising, management consulting and anchoring TV shows etc. He served as an Independent Director on the boards of emerging companies. As a seasoned Investment Banker successfully done equity placement of Mandhana Industries, Vivimed labs, Glenmark pharma in Domestic financial institutions. Completed financial closure of MEP Infraprojects ltd. for the HAM Projects and raised INR 1,800 cr. Advised for M&B Switchgear IPO; QIP of MEP Infra ltd. and many more. During the days when he ran Advertising Agency served reputed clients like Anacin, Annfrench , Navneet Publications, Bank of Maharashtra, Rasoi Magic, Coke (regional), Charak Sapat Group and many more. He holds BSC in Chemistry from R.R.RUIA College and Masters in Management from NMIMS, Mumbai.
